They're Bacccck ... Sort of

We got our approval letter letting us know that Taylor & Tyler are coming back to us this year. We really miss them and can't wait to see what mischief they can get themselves into this time ...

The next night,  the door & wreath appeared.

We woke this morning to find our elves sitting snug in their boxes with a letter attached.

Oh dear! Of course we welcomed them and gave them names. After a LOT of debate and voting, we decided to put our favorite names into a bag and pick that way ...

We proudly present ....

Bleeding Candles

Super easy Halloween decoration ...
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL AROUND THE FLAMES!

Supplies:
White candle
Red candle
Lighter

Put the white candle in a candle holder.
Light the red candle and hold it over the white candle letting the melting wax drip down.
As the wax runs, it will dry making it look like your candle is bleeding.

 Told you it was easy!

Monster Bowling

Every year, we have a Halloween party for our little friends and relatives who we won't get to see on Halloween. I try to make at least one new game each year. This year I made ... Monster Bowling

I convinced hubby that he wanted to cut up a piece of 2x4 into 10" pieces for me. We made 6 in total.
Sanding off the rough edges and splinters

I painted each one a different color using craft paint.

Using Mod Podge & monster face printables that I found at Design Dazzle .

 All done!

Only after I had them finished did I think about the noise factor as the kids knocked them down. I guess I'll be handing out Advil and ear plugs to any adults who stay at the party, lol

Candy Corn

Pretty simple to make.

Cut a candy corn shape out of wood
Paint it white

Lightly mark the lines for the different colors

First the orange

Then the yellow (the white tip is already there ;))

Clear coat it to make it weather-proof

Add spikes to the back & pop into the ground :)
